accept all major credit cards, which are processed through WorldPay. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please contact our
sales department for more information. All credit card payments will appear on your statement as

International Wire Transfers
We
do not accept bank wire transfers as a form of payment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Checks
Unfortunately, we
do not accept checks as a form of payment. However, you may pay with an eCheck using PayPal. For more information, please contact our

At Kayako, we take credit card fraud very seriously and manually verify every order by calling the telephone number you provide in your Kayako Member's account. This is done to help reduce fraudulent credit card orders.
Please make sure that you have provided the correct telephone number in your Member's account and refrain from using free e-mail services such as Gmail™, Hotmail® or Yahoo!®. If we are unable to verify your order over the phone, your order will immediately be refunded.
