What is on old hold?
On hold cases are pending cases that can’t be resolved yet, either because they’re waiting on the customer’s response or waiting for input from someone else on the team or in the company.
When a case is on hold, the timers for that case’s SLAs are suspended, so the on-hold time doesn’t count against them.
