Come October of 2022 Microsoft will stop supporting Basic Authentication protocols. Google has been warning about the weakness of Basic authentication protocols for some time already.
Starting with Kayako Fusion v4.94.6 we’ve rolled out OAuth 2.0 support, which has the capability to support Office 365 emails. Therefore, please upgrade to the latest edition of Kayako Classic Fusion before 1st October 2022.
