By using Kayako AI ("the Tool"), you agree to the following terms and conditions as set forth by ESW Operations LLC :

  1. Authorized Use: You must be authorized by your organization to share its data with third parties for analysis and AI  purposes. By using the Tool, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization to share such data.
  2. Data Sharing: The data shared with third parties through the Tool is intended solely for analysis purposes. Kayako AI and its partners will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the data is not exposed to non-authorized parties. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the data.
  3. Prototype: The Tool is a prototype designed for demonstrative purposes only. It is not intended to be a final product or service. Any analysis or insights provided by the Tool should be interpreted with caution.
  4. No Legal Amendment: Your use of the Tool does not constitute an amendment to any legal agreement between you or your organization and Kayakoor its partners. The Tool may be withdrawn or discontinued at any time without notice.
  5. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Tool in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing data privacy and protection.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Tool is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Kayako AI and its partners make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Tool or any analysis generated thereby.
  7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESW Operations LLC and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Tool.
  8. Modification of Terms: ESW Operations LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
