5 Easy Steps to Transform Your Support Game

 

  1. Access Your Knowledge Base:
    From your Kayako instance, click the Book icon on the left tab.
  2. Create a New Category
    Click “Add a new category”, enter the necessary information, and save.
  3. Add a New Article
    Click “Add a new article” to open a tab.
  4. Copy an Article from Your FAQ
    Select an article from your existing FAQ and copy it.
  5. Paste and Save
    Paste the article into your Knowledge Base tab and save it.

By following these simple steps, you’ll enable Kayako to automatically generate replies to common support queries, ensuring quicker resolution times and happier customers.
