What is a feedback widget?
A feedback widget can take many forms. Sometimes it looks like a mini-satisfaction survey and is embedded on your company website or app.
For example, at the end of a self-help article, a company might include a widget that asks “Did this article solve your problem?” with buttons for yes and no.
Or, on your website’s contact or service pages, a company might include a widget with a 1-10 scale for customers to rate their overall satisfaction with your products and services, along with space for them to leave written feedback.
Whatever form your widgets take, don’t bury them or you risk not getting much meaningful feedback.
