What is feedback?
In general, feedback is defined as someone’s personal reaction to, comment on, and/or criticism of something. It’s given verbally or in writing. In service, feedback comes in all sorts of forms.
Companies solicit feedback from customers about new products via focus groups, and service departments try to get feedback from people they’ve helped via surveys at the end of calls or by email. Taking your feedback and making changes where necessary will improve your customer service experience.
