What is a happiness report?
Companies that use happiness reports ask customers to rate whether they were satisfied or not at the resolution of a case.
Some companies display the last 100 or so ratings on a constantly updated page for customers to see (and to motivate employees to get more happy faces). Other companies keep them internal, but publish ratings across their organization in weekly and monthly reports.
