What is Messenger?
The live chat tool in the Kayako platform. Kayako Messenger connects you customers to support agents so they can talk in real-time. If your agents have to leave a conversation, they can easily pick it up later.
The chat window will retain details from the previous conversation so your agents always have context. The Messenger widget can be displayed not only on your Help Center but also on any other site or app you’d like to embed it in.
