What is user experience?
User experience (UX for short) is the catch-all term for all the ways the customer interacts with your product, from its functionality to design.
This is not to be confused with your customer experience (CX) , which encompasses all the ways your users interact with your brand, from the products themselves to your branding, support, sales and advertising.
UX is more specific and granular and CX is greater in scope. To have positive UX means that your products work well, meet customers’ needs and are designed and packaged in a way that fits your brand.
